Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sleep Through Jen, I understand that life with children can be unpredictable. This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both parties.


1. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a booked session (rather than reschedule), that session is non-refundable.
This includes cancellations for any reason, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.

No-shows — where no prior notice is given and the session is missed — are treated as cancellations and are also non-refundable.


2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted, including at short notice, provided you notify me before the session is due to begin.

Each session can be rescheduled once. Further changes may require a new booking.

If rescheduling becomes a repeated pattern, I may request that we pause work together until a more consistent schedule is possible.


3. Cancellations by Sleep Through Jen

In the rare event that I need to cancel a session, I will offer you:

    An alternative appointment time, or

    A full refund for that session, if rescheduling is not suitable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

    Completed consultations

    Personalised sleep plans

    Support packages, once work has commenced

This is due to the nature of the service: significant time and expertise are invested before and during delivery. Outcomes also depend on parental consistency and implementation, which are outside of my control.

If you are genuinely unhappy with your experience, please reach out. I am committed to delivering a high standard of care and support, and will always consider feedback on a case-by-case basis.


5. Digital Products

All digital downloads (e.g. templates, guides, courses) are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Follow-Up Expiry

Follow-up support included in your package must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically 4–6 weeks unless otherwise specified).
Unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be carried forward or refunded.


Summary

    Cancellations = no refund

    Rescheduling = allowed with notice, even at short notice

    No-shows = treated as cancellations

    Refunds not available once services or support have begun

    Digital content is non-refundable

    Follow-ups must be used within the stated timeframe
